About Me
Dr DN Saksena is a Senior Consultant eye specialist having more than 40 years of experience. He did his MBBS and MS (Ophthalmology) from the prestigious Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 1973 and 1978 respectively. He did his residency at Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi and worked as eye specialist at Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital at New Delhi. He went on to work in UK as a clinical attaché at Department of Ophthalmology, Scunthorpe Hospital, Northern Lincolnshire Don Caster (UK). He attained his Fellowship in International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO), UK. He did FRCS Ophthalmology I & II (Glasgow).
Dr Saksena worked as an eye specialist and Head of department of ophthalmology under Ministry of Health Hospitals, Riyadh, KSA. Academically, he has worked in different Medical Colleges (Delhi NCR) as a senior faculty member. He has rich experience in managing glaucoma cases.
